DIDSONTM DEEP DEPLOYMENT UNITS
Some DIDSONTM applications require a deep deployment. We offer two models. The DIDSON-1000 can go to a depth of 1000m. The housing is made of anodized aluminium. The DIDSON-3000 can go to a depth of 3000 m and the housing is made of titanium. The titanium provides superb corrosion resistance and great strength needed at the 3000m depths. Both units are designed with a forward-facing connector best suited for mounting on an ROV or AUV.
