Tractor Mount

Steve Hiebert, Bureau of Reclamation, Denver, CO, mounts DIDSON on a
pan/tilt system which then is mounted on the shovel of a back hoe.
This gives him many degrees of freedom for a good view of a wide variety
of racks, screens and entrance ways in fish bypass systems.
